Jennifer Aniston‘s lawyers
have been alerted to a
calendar controversy after
a bra-less photo of the actress,
wearing a wet T-shirt,
was used without her
permission or knowledge,
WENN reports December 8th.

The desktop calendar features
one shot of the star beneath
a cascading waterfall –
with her nipples on display.

But the brains behind the 2009
Aniston calendar reportedly
failed to clear that and other
shots used in it.

A spokesman for the
actress tells Eonline. com,
“All the photos were from
magazine shoots,
and the rights belong to
the photographers.
I have referred this
to her attorneys.”
